Purpose of the Visitation Policy

The Guest and Visitation Policy is designed to permit only current customers, referred to as "Lessee," who possess all necessary documentation for their assigned storage tanks to conduct inspections of their leased facilities. This process is allowed either before or after the delivery of their petroleum products. Our goal is to establish guidelines that ensure a safe environment for the secure storage of these products.

Restrictions & Limitations

Terminal Security Policy:

This Visitation Policy outlines the procedures and requirements for accessing our terminal facilities, ensuring the safety and security of all personnel and operations.

Scope
This policy applies to all visitors, contractors, and crew members seeking access to our terminal.

 Access Restrictions
Access to the terminal is limited to the following authorized individuals:
-U.S. Government Officials
- Customers with valid storage tank documentation
- Agents of ACTA Midstream 
- Certified inspectors and surveyors with valid entrance permits

 Notification Requirement:
All authorized personnel must inform our office in advance of their intended visit. A notification letter will be provided, which must be presented to port security upon arrival.

 Sign-In Procedures
All authorized individuals must:
- Sign in and out at the ​access control gate upon arrival and departure.
- Present valid identification and any necessary documentation.

Visitor Protocol
- All other visitors and crew members must utilize the terminal-approved security escort service.
- Proof of valid access to our petroleum tank terminals must be shown prior to entry.

Supervision of Operations 
- All oil product supplies must be supervised by our terminal superintendents.
- Visitors and crew members must adhere to the supervision protocols in place.

Security Screening
- All visitors and crew members are subject to security screening prior to accessing the terminal.
- Compliance with security measures is mandatory.

Compliance
Failure to comply with this visitation policy may result in denial of access to the terminal.
